How
to forward a claim:
1.
Call Rescon Mapei AB, tel. 08-525 090 80, and ask
to be connected to your customer contact. If your
main customer contact is not present, you may be connected
to Administration secretary Anita Hilton, who will
register personal information and the nature of the
claim. This is done so your customer contact can look
into the actual case before he contacts you.
2.
Your customer contact can guide you through the filling
out of the customer complaints form, or you can download
it here.
3.
The completed complaints form is to be sent to the
Administration secretary (anita.hilton@resconmapei.se)
for registration. You will be contacted in writing
within 3 working days after the registration of your
case. Our Sales secretary will send you a confirmation
document with a reference code to your claim. This
code will serve as your reference id during the entire
process as we process your case. The document will
additionally contain further information about our
claims processing.
4.
The Administration secretary will submit your case
to the correct product responsible and to the Technical
Manger for internal handling. All documentation such
as copies of correspondance, invoices, consignment
notes etc. will be enclosed.
